Koginzashi patterns have the pattern thread only in the weft. There are several common threadings that will produce many of the patterns with only a change in tieup.

The drafts here are grouped according to the threading sequence. Since no harnesses need to be reserved for pattern threads, all are available for defining the ground threading.

Ground threads are white, pattern threads are dark.
